Located on the top floor of the building, the apt. is fully equipped with a modern kitchen (open space) with all appliances, a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people, a sitting area with a 32' LCD TV, DVD player and a hi-fi system. The leaving room has a double sofa bed with 2 modern chairs, a pouf and a modern glass coffee table in the middle. The apartment has one beautiful WC for guests and a 5* hotel luxurious bathroom with remote control sound system. The master bedroom is very spacious with atmospheric spot lights and an open closet. The smaller room has an office, a bench for workout and a build in closet. All the rooms of the apartment have a balcony with a table & chairs. The leaving room balcony has also a lounger and stunning views of the sea where you can enjoy Attica's sun the whole day while having your coffee or drink. You can see the island of Aigina any time of the day and on very clear days Ydra as well. Located right between Vouliagmenis and Poseidonos Avenue and 1 minute walk from Alimos avenue (yet extremely quiet), no place in Athens is ever too far and you are only walking distance from the beach. In addition, the biggest supermarket of the area (Carrefour) is only 1 minute walk from the back of the building.
